'Talk concert' held to celebrate 7th Voter's Day

To celebrate the 7th annual Voter's Day, the National Election Broadcasting Debate Commission... hosted a 'talk concert' at Dongguk University.
Its purpose: to encourage active participation in the upcoming local elections.
Six panelists, including fimmaker Kang Yun-sung..., Dongguk University professor Park Myeong-ho..., and North Korean defector Yoo Hyun-joo, shared their experiences, and how touched on how they relate to the values of citizen participation in local elections.
Voter's Day was first established in 2012... to highlight the importance of elections and to encourage people to vote.
June 13th is when Koreans will head to the polls.
