Karnataka Power Tussle JDS keeps the Finance portfolio, while Congress gets the Home portfolio

The power sharing agreement for karnataka assembly has been finalised. After days of hectic negotiations, Congress & the JDS have reached at a consensus over the portfolio allocation in karnataka. JDS has decided to keep the finance portfolio and the Congress has decided to take the home portfolio. Sharing of key portfolios was the point of contention between both the parties. Most importantly Finance, which both Congress and JDS wanted. The details of the much awaited cabinet expansion & portfolio allocation will be announced by CM Kumaraswamy today.
