Gordon Chapman, 71, wants to leave a lasting legacy with his hit Christmas Long Ago, which he put together with a pre-recorded backing vocal. He is unable to release the track on CD, so he's aiming to get as many YouTube hits as possible to make him top of the pops next week. Gordon said: "It's always one of those X-Factor songs that gets the Christmas number one these days, but why should we be lining Simon Cowell's pockets anymore?
