18V Ryobi Lithium Battery Not Charging - Teardown and Repair

How to repair a rechargeable lithium battery pack that will not charge. Many times this happens due to a cell within the pack that becomes 'unbalanced' or dead. Simply charging all the internal cells up individually will usually allow the battery pack to once again be able to be charged on the OEM charger.
