INGREDIENTS:\r
Moong dal 1/2 cup,\r
Jaggery - 6 to 7 table spoons,\r
milk - 1 cup,\r
coconut,cashew nut ,dry grapes,ghee,\r
cooking camphor,cardamon powder,honey\r
\r
\r
\r
\r
STEPS:\r
- Dry roast dal, wash and soak for 10 mins. Cook it for one whistle.\r
- Add coconut and allow it to boil, add milk & filtered jaggery water.\r
- Add cooking camphor and cardamon powder.\r
- Fry cashew nut, raisins in ghee & add it to the Kheer \r
Add some Honey for extra flavour.\r
