This is the spooky moment a female driver claims she saw the ghost of child who was killed in a typhoon - haunting the same road after being roused by a storm. The Filipino model was driving when she spotted the bright white figure putting his hands to his face. Locals believe the spirit child had been killed in the devastating 2013 Typhoon Haiyan - and had returned that night to haunt the area which was being lashed again with severe storms.
