Mzi is determined to pursue his plan of reconciling David and Suffo so that he and Pearl can be together, but it goes badly wrong. He lies to both men to get them to agree to a meeting and then has to divert Pearl by setting up a false date with her. In the end it looks as though one man might have shot the other. Lungile records an angry Bongani sounding off about Red, and Mapula further irritates her new boyfriend by losing her phone for a day.
