"Very thorough, very professional. They give you a written report with pictures and recommendations. Then, they create a video with all the pictures from the report (plus some extras) and explain everything that they found throughout the home in the video. This was super helpful because, although I had seen the home once, I live out of state and could not be there for the inspection. They are very quick about getting the report back too!"
