Good morning. Today will be another very hot day across much of South Korea, but Beijing will get some brief relief from the heat this Friday.
The heat got stronger across Korea. A heat wave advisory is in effect in Daegu and parts of Gyeongsang-do and Gangwon-do Provinces with highs hovering around 33 degrees Celsius.
It's not only the heat we need to worry about, strong UV rays are in store along with unhealthy ozone levels in the afternoon. So try to reduce the amount of time you spend outdoors and make sure to drink plenty of water.
Taking a closer look at Friday's daily highs, Seoul and Daejeon will see highs rising a couple of degrees higher than yesterday to hit 31 degrees. Daegu and Chuncheon will have blistering heat at 33 degrees,
