You won’t master specific Latin dance steps; you will burn fat and have fun (“make it your own; play with it; add the hips, make it sexy …”). Jennifer Galardi uses traditional “add-on” teaching. She begins with a basic aerobic pattern and then gradually blends in the Latin flavor (e.g. a step-touch that smoothly evolves into a fluid mambo/merengue sequence). Jennifer Galardi has been a professional dance and ACE certified group fitness instructor in Los Angeles for over 8 years. Originally from Pennsylvania, her career took off when she started teaching at CRUNCH Los Angeles in 2000. Fitness philosophy: Be inspired and have fun. Favorite splurge foods: Peanut M&Ms and really dark chocolate.
