World Cup: "VAR doesn't mean perfection" says FIFA referee chief

The chairman of the FIFA referees committee, Pierluigi Collina, says Video Assistant Refereeing "doesn't mean perfection" but says the system has helped increase the accuracy of referee decisions by almost 4% to a level of 99.3%, something he says "is something that is very, very close to perfection".
