Supreme Court Gives Important Orders For state cricket bodies

A bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices AM Khanwilkar and DY Chandrachud also asked the high courts not to entertain any plea on the appointment of administrators for state cricket bodies. The court said it will also consider modifying the earlier verdict on 'one state, one vote' and interpretation of the cooling-off period for BCCI office bearers. The top court had earlier asked the state cricket associations and BCCI office-bearers to give suggestions on the draft constitution for the apex cricket body to the amicus, saying these have to be in tune with the Lodha panel recommendations and its verdict.

దీంతో పాటు సీనియర్ అడ్వకేట్, అమికస్ క్యూరీ గోపాల్ సబ్రమణ్యమ్ సలహాలు, సూచనలను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుంటామని పేర్కొంటూ తీర్పును వాయిదా వేసింది. ఒకే పదవికి రెండోసారి పోటీ చేయనప్పుడు విరామం అవసరం ఏముందని జస్టిస్‌ దీపక్‌ మిశ్రా ప్రశ్నించారు. జస్టిస్‌ చంద్రచూడ్‌ కూడా ఇదే అభిప్రాయాన్ని వ్యక్తం జేశారు.ఒక రాష్ట్రం.. ఒక ఓటుపై గతంలో ఇచ్చిన తీర్పును కూడా సమీక్షించనున్నట్లు సుప్రీంకోర్టు వెల్లడించింది.
