Jeff and Teri Leicher Honored as Scuba Diving’s July Sea Heroes

As a couple, Jeff and Teri Leicher, have been instrumental in establishing mooring buoys throughout the state of Hawaii to protect the precious coral reefs from boat-anchor strikes. Their efforts to get their hands wet in any way they can to help preserve corals has earned them the title of Scuba Diving’s July 2018 Sea Heroes.
