Papa John’s John Schnatter Resigns As Chairman Amid Racial Slur Scandal

John Schnatter, the founder of Papa John's Pizza, has resigned after he used a racial slur in a meeting in May. Schnatter founded Papa John's in 1984 and is the largest shareholder, controlling 29% of the company.
