This is my moms recipe for Chinese Steamed Pork Spareribs. It is cooked in the traditional way, with garlic, ginger and black beans. This dish is common in Chinas Guangdong Province, including areas such as Hoiping and Toisan. When you cover the pan, the steam creats a delicious sauce. Serve the spareribs with steamed rice. I always make sure I put some of the sauce on the rice. Enjoy!
