Studies Show That Cheese May Not Be That Bad To Eat

New studies are showing that saturated fat found in cheese, milk and other dairy is not tied to an increased risk of heart problems. According to Business Insider, a study found that people who regularly eat cheese or drink milk or ingest other dairy products do not face a higher risk of heart attacks or strokes. A series of new studies are trying to prove that sugar and simple carbs cause more health issues than fat.
