Lear Posts $331 Million Profit In Second Quarter

The Lear Corp. posted an impressive 6 percent increase in profits for the second quarter. The increase is due to the addition of new business and the addition of Grupo Antolin's seating business last year. According to AutoNews.com, the auto seating and electronics supplier, of Southfield, Mich., reported net income of $331.4 million on revenue of $5.58 billion .Lear acquired the Grupo Antolin group in April 2017 for 286 million euros.
