A small vortex was captured on film recently in Worcestershire in the UK. The mini-twister was filmed swirling above some buildings in Stoke Prior on July 18th. The vortex appeared to have picked up a lot of debris which the filmer could not identify. "Is it hay blowing or starlings?" she asked online.
