Woman Surprises Fiancé With Corgi Puppy

This woman decided to surprise her corgi-obsessed fiancé with a new puppy on his birthday. As soon as he saw the dog, he rushed  forward to cuddle him and quickly turned around to hide the fact that he was tearing up.
