How to make Picadillo

Here is my recipe for Picadillo, which is based on my Cuban family's recipe. The only difference with the recipe I am sharing is the use of ground beef, as my Abuela would grind a piece of beef to make this dish, which makes the meat get even more refined compared to using pre-ground beef. The use of ground beef is more convenient, but if you feel adventurous you can try grinding a piece of beef to make this! This is a very simple recipe to make, very flavorful, and has many uses!
