Nearly two years after Prince was found dead in his Paisley Park, Minnesota home due to a drug overdose, investigators have released never before seen footage of the late singer in his final hours of life.

In the video above, dated April 20, 2016 the pop icon is seen on surveillance video walking in and out of his doctor’s office amid his battle with painkiller dependency and opiate withdrawals.

The singer’s face appears pales against his all-black ensemble as he walks alongside his bodyguard Kirk Johnson and his physician.

A day later on April 21st, the 57-year-old died of an overdose.

Prince’s body was found outside of his elevator as seen in a second video released by officials.

Videos, documents and photos from the investigation were made public after Carver County attorney Mark Metz declared that no one would face criminal charges for Prince’s death in a press conference on Thursday.

Attorney Mark Metz explained the investigation resulted in officials learning that Prince “unknowingly” took prescribed Vicodin pills that had been laced with Fentanyl.

As fans know, toxicology reports determined that Prince had “excessively high” levels if Fentanyl in his body at the time of his death.
