"Our inspector Ernie arrived on time and worked hard the whole time. He was very friendly and open to questions from us as he worked his way around the house and grounds. He uncovered some serious problems with part of the roof, flooring and irrigation system which helped us make our ultimate decision not to purchase this property. Ernie also pointed out that the hurricane shutters were missing from the property. We are so glad we hired SEC, it was money well spent."
