Mom Investigated For Letting Daughter Walk Her Dog Alone

According to the Mother Nature Netowork, An Illinois Mother was reported to the police after letting her daughter take her dog for a walk alone. After eight-year old Dorothy Widen went for a walk, always within eye shot of her mother, Corey Widen, she returned home to find police officers at her front door. Following the report of an unattended child, Widen was briefly questioned before deciding nothing was wrong.
