Construction Workers use Makeshift Pulley to Lift Heavy Sacks to Top Floor

These two construction workers were spotted helping each other hoist a heavy sack of cement to the third floor of a building by using a makeshift pulley system. One of them would pull the rope with their own weight then the other would climb up a wall and pull the rope further. They kept doing this until the bag reached the top.
