The new head coach of South Korea's men's national football team, Paulo Bento, will be taking charge of his first match against Costa Rica this Friday.
Paulo Bento was appointed as the new head coach of the South Korea men's national football team on August 17th.
He will be making his coaching debut on Friday when the national team faces Costa Rica in a friendly match at the Goyang Stadium at 8:00 PM Korea time.
Bento has been training with the players at the National Football Center in Paju, Gyeonggi-do Province from Monday.
He mentioned at a press conference on Thursday that he wants to show what the team has practiced and hopes his football philosophy can be seen on the pitch.
