Benjamin Lehmann captured an avalanche in the Mont Blanc massif on September 9.
Footage shows ice falling down the ladder of a mountain from Charpoua glacier situated in the south-east face of the Aiguille Verte.
Similar events happened this year in the massif reportedly due to rising temperatures.
