"TheHouseDoctors came out to inspect a commercial property I am in negotiations to purchase on a very short notice, very accommodating. Chuck Walton was extremely professional, informative, and thorough. He not only went into detail regarding specific areas within the building that needed fixing but he also explained how each particular area needed attention and why. I would recommend Mr. Walton in the future to residential buyers and commercial as well.
