Huge Waterspout Spotted Over Cheapeake Bay

This guy was walking his dog on the beach when he noticed a gigantic waterspout forming over the Chesapeake Bay in Virginia. As waves crashed onto the sand, the waterspout twisted through the air and the sky above him turned grey.
