This holiday season, the children of downtown Cityville are boycotting Christmas. When investigating this, the elves discover a nine-year-old boy called Leon is leading the revolt. In searching why Leon is doing this, Santa Claus discovers that Leon didn't get a present when he was five. Oh no! Santa must make up for his mistake.
