But the real concern tomorrow is going to be the plunging readings. Seoul starts the day at 12 degrees Celsius, Chuncheon at 9 while Jeju Island is warmer at 17 degrees.
The country's daytime highs readings will be 2 to 6 degrees Celsius lower than the seasonal average tomorrow,... with readings mostly hovering between 19 and 23 degrees,... with Seoul peaking up at 20 degrees.
On Wednesday morning there's rain in the forecast nationwide,.. but the precipitation will let up by the afternoon. After the rain, clear blue autumn skies will return, but paired with even lower readings.
