Former NFL player Jon Alston is now a writer for CW’s new show ‘All American.’ The show, which centers around a high-school football star, premieres on October 10. According to broadcastingcable.com, Alston played five season in the NFL before returning in 2011. Alston says the camaraderie of the writers’ room is similar to what he knew back in football.
