"Had to sell a house and the buyers used this company, I have never heard of or dealt with them before but they came out and were nice and straightforward people. They acted professionally and were clean and looked over the house with great detail. They found several small problems that I needed to address to make the family able to purchase the house and they were most easily resolved. I see they have had a couple of bad reviews but my experience was positive and I really appreciate them getting the place approved for the new homeowner."
