Ex-husband who threatened his wife with a sex video sentenced with a maximum legal penalty

A man who had distributed an explicit video of his ex-wife on the internet... was handed down the maximum sentence allowed under the law.
The court's decision came amid growing public concerns over revenge pornography,... after a K-pop girl band member claimed to have been threatened with a sex video from her ex-boyfriend.
The man in question will have to serve three years in prison... and receive forty hours of education on sexual assault prevention.
The man had also posted explicit pictures of his ex-wife on the internet... as well as sharing links to the victim's acquaintances.
