Magnolia Wind is a husband and wife, Americana/Rock, two-person band. Drawing inspiration from The Black Keys, Shovels and Rope, The White Stripes, and Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, their songs are well crafted, and their performance is equally as impressive. When you hear their music, you may expect there to be a 3-4 piece band behind them, but that's where you would be astonished. Kristen plays bass and lead vocals, all while Chris plays guitar, a 5 piece drum kit with his feet and sings, which gives them the sound and energy on stage of a full band with only 2 people. They are also able to do an acoustic performance for an intimate moment with their audience, or switch instruments, making memories and sharing stories for an unforgettable experience.
