4 ½ cups mini marshmallows
¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
Green food coloring
6 cups puffed rice cereal
1 cup mini chocolate chips

Decoration
1 batch Royal Icing
Green food coloring
1 ½ cups dark coating chocolate wafers
Large candy eyeballs
12 mini marshmallows
