Austin police provide 2nd update on package bombings

Austin Police Chief Brian Manley provides a second update after a third package bombing badly injured an elderly woman. A bombing earlier on Monday killed a 17-year-old boy and seriously injured a woman. A man was killed in the first bombing on March 2.
