Regular bench of the Supreme Court is set to resume hearing the Ayodhya title suit tomorrow after a three-judge bench rejected to hear a plea to refer the issue of whether mosques are essential for practicing Islam to a larger bench. Three-judge bench headed by former CJI Dipak Misra delivered the verdict a month ago clearing the way for the court to hear the main Ayodhya title suit. The matter will be heard by a bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and justice KM Joseph.
