Allegations made by Devender Kumar in court, says articles not sealed as per norms

NewsX has accessed the allegations made by Kumar in court. Alleging extortion of 7 mobile phones, two laptops and one iPad, he alleged that the devices were tampered. Kumar argued, as per norms, all articles need to be in sealed envelope and only the mirror image can be analysed but when one phone was handed to him, it was not sealed.
