The Story
The President cowers inside his bunker-office, trying to stay safe, but the elderly Chinese doctor gets past every barrier, paralysing guards and policemen who fail to give the alert, freezing their tongues as he goes. Biceps breaks in, but Akupnkture Man afflicts our super hero with instant arthritis, and paralyses Genius' brain. The President is about to suffer the same fate, but Biceps saves the day with a Biceps tactic: though studded with needles, he relies on his chronic hay-fever and Genius' aid to sneeze SO HARD he puts the old Chinese Doctor out of action, needles poking out all over his body, like a cactus…
