Bob Link was a GREAT person to deal with. I have been telling friends and family that I deal with, that this experience was so good due to the NEW FRIEND I have at Advanced Video. This was the final set of films I needed done for my 87 year old Mother. I was nervous due to the labeling of the film, thinking it would not be all family, etc. I thought it may be work related for my Dad. It all ended up so perfect!
