Gabart now more than halfway but another pasting to come for Class40s

While François Gabart continues to blaze a trail to Guadeloupe and the front running IMOCAs and MULTI50s are now out of the worst of the storm , for the slower classes the next 48 hours will see the already tired and cold skippers have to beat into more big seas and gales.
