'Wu-Tang Clan Day' Declared in Staten Island New York City Borough Staten Island declared that November 9th will be known as Wu-Tang Clan Day. The hip-hop group recently celebrated the 25th anniversary of their debut album, 'Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers).' The album was released on Nov. 9 in 1993. A documentary about the album titled 'For the Children: 25 Years of Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)' was also released. The film features interviews with the group's surviving members.
