Good morning, it's a big day for college entrance exam test takers, but as mentioned, regions in the west including Seoul, Gwangju, Chungcheong-do and Jeollabuk-do Provinces will have high levels of fine dust.
Temperatures overall won't be too bad but it is a chilly start but readings will rise rapidly as the day goes on... be aware of big temperatures differences...
Dress in layers so that you can take them off if you feel too warm. Mostly sunny skies will dominate the nation and here are today's temperatures.
Morning lows in most parts are kicking off slightly lower, Seoul at 4 degrees Celsius, Daejeon, Daegu at 3 degrees while Gyeongju and Chuncheon begin the day at 2 degrees.
Highs will range between 13 to 18 degrees, Seoul and Daejeon will get up to 15 degrees, Busan at 18 degrees.
We'll have one more day of higher than seasonal average temperatures.. then starting this weekend, it will start to feel more like winter.
