Good morning, the air quality has improved in the upper parts of South Korea. But lingering yellow dust and more fine dust are blowing in.. hiking dust levels to many areas.
Dress warmly on your way out. There's been a big drop in temperatures for the central region. Daily highs will be nearly 5 degrees lower than yesterday in Seoul. Friday is forecast to be even colder but the cold snap will ease in time for the weekend.
Mostly sunny skies will be featured while Gangwon-do Province is under a dry weather advisory. Korea's weather agency issues a dry weather advisory when effective humidity drops below 35 percent for two days in a row... air over the rest of country is also getting drier.
Taking a closer look at today's highs... readings will be on the chilly side in Seoul and Chuncheon only rising to 6 and 7 degrees... Busan and Jeju will still enjoy mild highs.
