Vladimir Putin wants the Russian government to take control of rap music

Vladimir Putin has called for his government to take charge of rap music - after a series of concerts were cancelled across Russia. The president admits it would be impossible to ban the music outright - so the state should play a greater role in controlling it. The BBC's Tim Allman has more.
