Kulkul is a traditional Goan Snack recipe made during Christmas.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Semolina
1/4 cup Melted Ghee
1 cup Refined Flour
3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Coconut Milk
Method of preparation:
In a bowl of semolina add ghee, mix them well and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
In a bowl of refined flour, add semolina mixture, mix them well till you get bread like texture.
Add powdered sugar, salt, vanilla extract, coconut milk and knead it into a dough.
Roll the dough into a thin long cylinder and cut it 1 cm thick.
Take a small pcs, press it on a cream scraper, lift it from one side and curl it.
You can repeat the same method with comb or fork.
Heat oil in a vessel, add the kulkuls and fry them on medium flame until golden brown.
Take them out on a kitchen paper, dust some powdered sugar and mix well.
