Hit-and-run case in Mumbai; car hits a couple in Vasai area

A fresh hit-and-run case has been reported from Mumbai. A car hit a couple on Friday morning in Vasai area. After the incident, in desperation to flee the accident spot, the driver ran over the man leaving the man seriously injured. The man, Sikander Ali is currently battling for his life while the woman, Salma, wife of Sikander sustained minor injuries. A case of negligent driving has been filed against the unidentified driver by the police and the police is on a man hunt for the absconding driver.
