Triple Talaq Bill Passed In Lok Sabha After Congress, AIADMK Walk Out

The revised bill to make instant Triple Talaq the practice of Muslim men instantly divorcing their wives by uttering Talaq thrice a punishable offence was passed by a voice vote in the Lok Sabha today after five-hour debate, followed by a walkout by the Congress and the AIADMK.
