The Dream Lords are on another adventure in the Andes mountains of Peru. They are showing some love with the peoples of the town of Chumbes, Ayacucho, Peru. They are cooking one of their signature dishes (Pollo Broaster) learned in the famous kitchens of Lima Peru. Pollo broaster is a deep fried chicken battered in chuno and other secret ingredients that we can't giveaway here. Traveling and local foodies alike can all enjoy this simple dish that packs the rich flavor of good ole fashion home-cooking. It's a great meal to share with friends while out and about. In saying that, our plan is to travel the world, cooking this dish with new friends that we make along the way.
