For the first ever time, I have my brand new Ford GT and McLaren Senna together in the garage at the same time! To wrap up an amazing 2018, let's pull back the covers to see the two cars side by side, joined by the entire current line-up.
After a whirlwind Christmas period with both the GT and Senna arriving just a day apart, it's time to take in what's happening next and answer many of your questions in terms of the PPF, first drives, and what events they will be attending - including plans for Autosport in January where we have a special free competition with BOTB.
2018 has been the busiest year for me to date, with the most amazing array of things happening and travel for me too. However, it could not have been ended on more of a high than the arrival of both of these in the garage, so let's pull back the covers on all the cars to fully reveal the colourful line-up!
I’ve teamed up with BOTB, the Dream Car Competition Company, to give you the chance to win two VIP tickets to Autosport International at the NEC in Birmingham on Saturday 12th January! As well as access to the VIP Club Lounge, access to the top of the live action arena with complimentary drinks, exclusive driver signing sessions in the VIP lounge plus access to the backstage paddock area, you’ll also get to come and meet me! For those of you not aware of BOTB, they run a dream car competition with a guaranteed winner every week. There are over 150 dream cars you could win, with the tickets prices starting at just 85p and you only have to be 16 to enter so it’s worth having a go at winning a car as well! Enter the free AutoSport competition here: https://www.botb.com/meet-shmee Good Luck!
If you're wondering why I keep my cars in a supercar storage rather than a house with a big garage, I'm also able to answer that one for you! From here, the Senna will return to McLaren Manchester to complete the Pre-Delivery Inspection process, then ultimately head to Topaz for PPF. In the immediate future the intention is that the PPF will be completed on the GT in time for Autosport, but more to come and confirmation of that in the coming days.
It's been the most incredible year, and I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been part of that in any way, particularly you guys who are following this adventure - thank you.
Thanks for watching, Tim
